If your question is about an existing order, include your order number. If it is about an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, add photos of the item and its packaging — that lets us resolve it in one reply instead of three.
Returns
Do not send anything back before contacting us. Email us first and we will send you the return address and instructions. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.
