1. These terms

This store is operated by Solenarion. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We describe our pieces as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Screens vary, so colours and the appearance of metals and stones may differ slightly from the photographs. Small variations between individual pieces are normal and are not a defect.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is obviously wrong through an error on our side, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into being when we confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is prepared once payment has been received.

6. Withdrawal and returns

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, and we extend our own returns window to 30 days. See our Refund Policy for the procedure, the exceptions and who pays return shipping.

7. Legal guarantee

Every item comes with a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

8. Care and use

Jewellery is delicate. Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping, and keep them away from perfume, hairspray and cleaning products. Damage caused by wear, misuse or exposure to chemicals is not a manufacturing defect.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, text and logo on this site belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the GDPR.

12. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
